About
One tech, thirty years, a perfect record
Bush’s Appliance Repair is Norman “Norm” Bush — no call center, no dispatch fee, no crew of subcontractors. He’s been running the business himself in the Bryan area since 2009, after 30 years already spent in the trade before that.
What shows up again and again in the record isn’t marketing — it’s repeat customers. One reviewer has called him for two separate repairs and says she’s known his family since she was a kid. Another says he showed up same-day to her business and wouldn’t even take payment for an easy fix. That’s the whole reputation: honest about what a repair actually needs, and no interest in selling a replacement he didn’t have to.
